The course explores both FIT and FEM algorithms for time- and frequency-domain solvers.

Course Objective
This comprehensive introduction to CST Studio Suite covers the following topics:
- Navigation and use of the graphical user interface
- Building geometries
- Setting up a project environment (units, frequencies, materials, and boundary conditions)
- Material types: definitions and understanding
- Excitation setup using discrete and waveguide ports
- Solver selection for various high-frequency applications
- Visualization of 2D and 3D electromagnetic results
- Performing time-domain (FIT) and frequency-domain (FEM) simulations
- Optimization using parametric sweeps
- Analysis of simulation results, including S-parameters, voltages, currents, 3D near- and far-fields
- Extraction of specific results using post-processing templates
